After Geoff Britten and Isaac Caldiero both conquered Mt. Midoriyama last year in Las Vegas, American Ninja Warrior decided to tweak the format of the obstacle racing competition. Team Ninja Warrior, which debuted last night on the Esquire Network, has contestants race side by side on identical obstacles.

ANW star Kacy Catanzaro gave a 360 virtual reality tour of the newly-designed Team Ninja Warrior course. If you’re viewing the video on a desktop computer, use the mouse or WASD keys to look around.
The course features six obstacles, including the Sonic Swing, Log Grip, Swing Jump, Dancing Stones, Pole Grasper and Warped Wall.
