The United States’ top women gymnasts competed at the P&G Gymnastics Championships in St. Louis, with the uber-talented Simone Biles leading the way on Day 1 and relative newcomer Laurie Hernandez making it clear that she too is ready for the big stage. Aly Raisman, who along with Gabby Douglas are the only Fierce Five holdovers still active in competition, finished in a second-place tie with Hernandez behind Biles.
