Earlier this year, Major League Lacrosse midfielder Paul Rabil was traded from the Boston Cannons to the New York Lizards. No matter which team’s jersey he has donned throughout his storied career, Rabil has continued to train relentlessly — including dodging trees/defenders in the woods.

All of the intense training has paid dividends on the field. Rabil began racking up awards and titles in high school as a star for the DeMatha Stags.

Rabil followed his prep career with an equally illustrious four years with the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays.

This season, Rabil has helped the Lizards get off to a perfect 6-0 start. Aided by his twenty-six points, New York currently enjoys a 2.5 game lead over the Chesapeake Bayhawks and Denver Outlaws.
