Twitter and Instagram react to Golden State Warriors NBA title, Kevin Durant and momma Wanda

With a 129-120 victory over the Clevaland Cavaliers last night, the Golden State Warriors completed their run to another NBA title, having gone 15-1 in the the playoffs.
