Rousey stuck around to demonstrate one of her standard MMA moves on Executive Producer Andy Lassner — who had the misfortune of jokingly volunteering for the honor during the morning’s staff meeting.

Next up for Rousey is her fight with Holly Holm on November 14 at UFC 193 — which will hopefully prove to be more of a challenge for her than was Lassner. After that, she will be going on a heavily-publicized date with Lance Corporal Jarrod Haschert to the Marine Corps Ball on December 11.
