Poor skateboard technique leads to suspect’s capture after 90-mph car chase

Los Angeles police were able to apprehend a suspected car thief after he abandoned a stolen BMW and tried to outdistance his pursuers on skateboard. Following a few half-hearted, wobbly-kneed kicks on his longboard, the man fled on foot, only to be cordoned off by a red pickup truck.
